Spice up snack time with a fun and nutritious twist on traditional energy balls. Our healthy snack recipe adds fall flavors to satisfy your pumpkin spice cravings. For maximum flavor, use B. Fine Maple Cinnamon Keto Granola.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of pumpkin puree

1 cup of your favorite nut butter

1 tsp. of pure vanilla extract

1/3 cup of maple syrup

1 ½ to 2 cups of B. Fine Maple Cinnamon Keto Granola (or your preferred B. Fine Granola / B. Fine UnGranola)

1 Tbsp. of pumpkin spice seasoning

3 Tbsp. of chia seeds (optional)

2 Tbsp. of flax seed meal (optional)

1/2 cup chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Combine the pumpkin puree, nut butter, vanilla extract, and maple syrup in a large bowl. Stir together the ingredients until well combined.
  2. Add B. Fine Maple Cinnamon Keto Granola, pumpkin spice seasoning, chocolate chips, chia seeds (optional), and flax seed meal (optional). Mix the ingredients until reaching a doughy consistency. If it’s too sticky, add more granola or flax seed meal.
  3. Cover the mixture with a lid or an eco-friendly food wrap (we love this one from Bee’s Wrap!). Then, store in the freezer to chill for about 20 minutes.
  4. Remove the mixture from the freezer. Use a tablespoon or cookie dough scooper to scoop the dough, then form the balls using your hand.
  5. Place the balls in an air-tight container. If layering, separate each layer with compostable parchment paper (we recommend this one from “If You Care”).
  6. Store in the refrigerator and enjoy for up to two weeks, or freeze them for up to three months.
