Do you enjoy a sweet breakfast in the morning but need the energy equivalent to a bacon and eggs meal? Look no further! @Buibites Red Velvet Banana Caulioats recipe is a perfect remedy for a yummy grain-free way to start your day. *Also a great recipe for those who use protein powder!

Recipe:

1 cup unsweetened almond milk (based on desired consistency)

1 cup riced cauliflower

1/2 ripe banana

1/4 cup old fashioned oats

4 Tbsp liquid egg whites

1 scoop of Bombshell Nutrition Red Velvet Glampro

Topped with:

1/2 Tbsp Peanut Butter Co. White Chocolaty Wonderful Peanut Butter

B's Foods Cinn-ful Apple Ungranola

Pinch of salt.

Directions:

Heat almond milk and cauliflower over medium heat. Cook about 10 minutes until soft.

Add banana and oats and cook for another 3-5 minutes, mashing the banana.

Add egg whites and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.

Stir in protein powder. Transfer to dish and top with toppings!
