Hip Hip PARFAIT!

Danielle, over at @cacaoforcoconuts_  on Instagram, has created this fun parfait full of goodness. As pretty as it is tasty...yum!

Ingredients: 

@thecoconutcult and @madebyfoods frosted gluten-free gingerbread cake batter⁣ probiotic yogurt

Pitaya chia pudding (recipe below)⁣

Raspberry chia jam (recipe below)⁣

Blueberry beet @eatsweetnothings ⁣

Bubba's Lemon Blueberry Tart Keto Granola ⁣

Blueberries

Pitaya chia pudding:

3 Tbsp chia⁣

1/2 cup + 1 Tbsp water⁣

3 Tbsp @malkorganics oat milk⁣

1 Tbsp @pitayafoods freeze dried dragon fruit powder ⁣

Raspberry Chia Jam:

Frozen raspberries

Chia Seeds

Maple Syrup

Directions:

Mix it all up and store in fridge overnight!⁣
